At the moment, Zampa Debattista is looking for an Office Receptionist on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering and routing calls; assisting clients with general queries; taking clear messages and relaying them to other members of staff;
  • Scheduling meetings, board room, updating appointment calendars and greeting visitors;
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail; sending emails and faxes;
  • Handling of bookings and administration of ZD Academy;
  • Ensuring offices are kept clean and tidy at all times;
  • Performing basic bookkeeping, filing and clerical duties and running errands to assist other members of staff;
  • Submitting documentation to Income Tax Department, VAT Department, MFSA, banks and other places when necessary;
  • Preparing, creating & using content to maintain & update websites; promotional events and internal databases;

The ideal candidate is expected to possess the following characteristics:

  • Pro-Active

Preference will be given to individuals with previous experience in Secretarial, Accounting & Administration, and who are ready to work with minimum supervision on full time basis.
